By signing above, each of the above listed businesses and business owners/officers (individually and collectively, “you”) authorize States Lending and each of its representatives, successors, assigns and designees, including any electronic business-to-business funding platforms (“recipients”) that may be involved with or have acquired commercial loans having daily repayment features or purchases of future receivables including merchant cash advances transactions, including without limitation the application therefor (collectively, “accounts”), to obtain and securely store consumer and/or personal, business and investigative reports and other information about you, including credit card processor statements and bank statements from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors and other third parties, and share such information with prospective purchasers of accounts.
